What we collect

We keep this deliberately minimal:

• Information you send us. If you email us or book a scoping call, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on it.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to arrange and deliver work you have asked us about, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

Under UK GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where we go on to work together, performance of a contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our website host and email provider. We disclose data otherwise only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for the conversation it relates to, and our business records for as long as we are legally required to retain them.

Your rights
